Job Description
- Develop communication strategic messages and effectively utilize appropriate communication vehicles to strengthen the McDonald's brand position in the market.
- Support and guide Marketing teams with both proactive and reactive media events/issues, in conjunction with Media Relations.
- Facilitate the development of value-added public relations and social responsibility initiatives in conjunction with marketing teams and Operations teams, working collaboratively with participating agencies. Also, foster the sharing of best practices in these areas.
- To build professional relationship with local reporters either through individual network or PR consultant agency
- Manage cases of customer complaint and maintain customer relationship to be allied with McDonald's policy.
- Create and budget an overall communication program with clearly stated aims and objectives, a defined strategy and specific program of activity in the following areas: Public/Community Relations, Government relations (including key influencers), Media Relations, Customer Relations, Issue/Crisis management, Internal Communications
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication/PR program and modify as necessary against achievement and against changing corporate aims
- Manage and maintain company information archive
- Provide support to HR & OPS & TRN in developing and maintaining resources and information collection/library to enhance employees' continuous learning and development



Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Public Relations, Marketing Communication
- Experience in PR & communication more than 5 years
- Excellent in communication and analytical skill.
- Excellent in Thai and English writing, speaking, listening and reading skills
- Willing to get involved in ad hoc projects with a can-do attitude
Job Description
- Conduct and supervise compensation payment process to ensure accurate and on-time payment.
- Assists in payroll activities such as recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls
- Adjusts payroll errors and responds to complaints.
- Maintain HR database to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required with restricted confidential environment
- Act as trouble shooter and escalation point for day-to-day technical issues or complex system issues raised by end users.
- Conduct HRIS training and develop documentation of system
- Be responsible for HR report, designing and providing HR reports; including generate and run reports with accurate
- Responsible for general office administration and support related tasks.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, HR Management or any other related fields
- Strong understanding of HR process and data, HRIS database design and structure
- 2-5 years of working experience in payroll process and HRIS system.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and HRIS system.
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, independent, driven and an effective team player.
Job Description
- Handles the process for development and execution of marketing materials that support the execution of marketing programs e.g. store brief book, POP, premiums and etc.
- Ensures promotions are well-planned, executed and measured effectively
- Ensures that the media plans for their area of responsibility are implemented properly and effectively
- Be part of team in developing and responsible for tactical execution of creative (TV, Radio, Outdoor, Print and Restaurant merchandising, etc.) for their area of responsibility
- Facilitates, coordinates and supports the execution of all marketing activities at the store level and provides appropriate feedback as necessary
- Tracks and monitors product development process to ensure on time new product/4th flavor launches and support plans are comprehensively executed
- Ensures the proper use of the McDonald's trademarks, logos and ensures all advertising materials have legal and creative approval.

Qualifications :
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant number of years of experience.
- 5+ years of marketing promotion and campaign experience
- Good command of Thai and English
- Experiences in QSR, FMCG is a plus

- Maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, allowance, incentive program
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
- Review and Adjust the company pay scale to ensure that competitive with the targeted market (both permanent staff and sub-contracted)
- Designed and Calculation Bonus scheme for managers and non-manager to ensure that company has the potential to pay
- Ensure company compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations and also competitive in targeted markets
- Annual merit increases, promotions and special salary adjustments propose and control to be aligned with criteria and principles and suitable for the company's potential
- Handle Welfare for staff such as uniform, group insurance, annual checkup, employee relations activities
- Prepare management reports and analysis data as request or assign by direct superior in order to give the overall pictures with details to management for further decision-making.
- Review and implement company's policies which related to compensation and benefits regularly.
- Advise to all employees, supervisors, and line managers about compensation and benefits concerns in order to ensure all parties have understanding in the same direction.
