The McDonald's Application is available only to individuals aged 13 years and older. If you are between 13 and 20 years old, you should read and understand these terms and conditions together with your parent or guardian. If the parent or guardian does not accept any of these terms and conditions, you must uninstall the McDonald's Application.

You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile phone device has the necessary and sufficient technical specifications to access and use the McDonald's Application. McDonald's grants you the right to use the McDonald's Application as your own personal right exclusively, and it cannot be transferred to others. Any correction, modification, or use of the McDonald's Application for any other purpose beyond the conditions specified in this document is considered a violation of McDonald's intellectual property rights.

Any expenses related to downloading, installing, accessing, and using the McDonald's Application are your own responsibility and depend on your mobile network service provider.

You are responsible for keeping your user account information strictly confidential, and you must be responsible for all activities that occur under your own account. You agree to notify McDonald's immediately if you find unauthorized use of your account or password, or if any security breach is found. Controlling the disclosure and use of passwords, controlling access to and use of the account, including notifying McDonald's when you wish to cancel a user account, is your sole responsibility.

Product information, prices, and product images shown in McDonald's Application are for reference only. McDonald's reserves the right to change prices and product information without prior notice.

McDonald's reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time at its sole discretion. McDonald's will not store your credit card information or payment information.

McDonald's may organize marketing activities or sales promotion campaigns, which may offer gift cards, discounts, or other sales promotion offers. Such media and offers will be available for a specified time and may sometimes be usable only once. This depends on the specific terms and conditions of each offer. McDonald's reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any sales promotion offer at any time without prior notice.

You can use a deal by pressing to redeem the deal you wish to order, then scanning the QR Code to purchase at the restaurant, ordering through a Self-Ordering Kiosk, Front Counter, or ordering through Drive-Thru service. Such deals will be under the following conditions:

• Deals may only be used with the products specified in each Deal, subject to product availability, and are valid only at participating McDonald's branches. Each Deal is valid until its specified expiration date.
• Deals must be used within the applicable serving time of the relevant product, such as Breakfast menu items, McFried Chicken menu items, or Limited Time Offer menu items.
• Each Deal shall terminate immediately upon redemption and cannot be reused, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of such Deal.
• Each Deal may be used only once, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of such Deal.
• Deals are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or exchanged in any manner.
• Deals may not be exchanged, modified, or redeemed for cash.
• Users may not use screenshots (whether of their own account or another user's account) to redeem any Deal.
• Deals are not applicable at stores located in airports, Muang Thong Thani, Phi Phi Islands, and Haad Rin (Phangan Island) and all snack counters at these 12 branches 1. Limelight Avenue Phuket 2. • Each Deal may be subject to additional specific terms and conditions, which will be stated in the relevant Deal description. Users are responsible for reviewing such terms before redemption.

Members who register to use the McDonald's Application and accept the conditions for participating in the MyMcDonald's Rewards program will participate in MyMcDonald's point accumulation automatically. Accumulated points have no cash value, cannot be transferred to others, and can only be used in Thailand.

You will earn MyMcDonald's points from eligible spending within McDonald's Thailand restaurants, where you scan the QR Code to verify your account for point accumulation before payment. However, if you pay before scanning the QR Code to verify the account, you will not be able to accumulate MyMcDonald's points.

You will earn point base on eligible spending, earning 1 point per 1 Baht spent, unless a different rate is specified according to each promotion.

If you cancel an order, McDonald's may remove or revoke points from the MyMcDonald's Rewards program at any time for any reason, even if there is a full or partial refund for the product. This includes product exchanges, unless the exchange is for a product of equal point value.

• You will not earn accumulated points from purchases or transactions in the following cases: Transactions made at stores located in airports, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Phi Phi Islands, Haad Rin (Phangan Island), and all Snack Counters at these 12 branches 1. • The purchase of all types of gift cards, vouchers, or digital gift cards (but you will earn points when using a gift card, earning points equal to the actual spending amount only).
• Donating money to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in any case whatsoever.
• Ordering through McDelivery services, including food delivery providers such as GrabFood, LINEMAN, ShopeeFood, and others.
• Any other transactions or items that McDonald's Thailand may additionally specify from time to time.

On some occasions, there may be special point campaigns or promotions to increase point accumulation, so that you can earn increased accumulated points or earn points in a format, method, or participation details of each bonus point campaign or promotion. Conditions and terms will be notified specifically for that campaign or promotion.

• A user account can have a maximum of 50,000 points at any one time, called the "Total Rewards Ceiling." If any eligible product purchase causes your points to go over 50,000, you will not earn points for the portion that exceeds this limit.
• You can accumulate not more than 2,500 points per day.
• You can accumulate points for up to 10 orders per day (the 11th order will not earn points).

You can use accumulated points to redeem products or discounts from items on the Rewards Menu, collectively called Redeemable Products. Point redemption must be processed exclusively through the McDonald's Application.

Each Redeemable Product, including deals or benefits under the MyMcDonald's Rewards program, will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of that item. Users should carefully review the conditions before redeeming points.

You can redeem points by scanning the reward QR Code at the front counter, Self Ordering Kiosk, and payment points at Drive-Thru.

McDonald's has the right to delete or revoke points from the MyMcDonald's Rewards program if suspicious activity regarding your account is detected, which includes illegal or fraudulent acts, attempting to provide false information, selling, transferring, assigning, receiving a transfer, or offering for sale or receiving a transfer of any rewards, benefits, or points beyond what is according to these terms and conditions.

When an account is canceled, or the McDonald's Application is deleted from a device, all deals, points, and accumulated rewards will end immediately and cannot be requested for a refund or compensation in any case.

McDonald's reserves the right to terminate the MyMcDonald's Rewards program service if an event beyond its control occurs and makes it impossible to continue the program.

McDonald's reserves the right not to accept deals and/or participation in the MyMcDonald's Rewards program if it is deemed that the deal or point accumulation was edited or modified in an inappropriate or fraudulent manner.

When McDonald's is notified that an account owner has passed away, the MyMcDonald's Rewards program account will be closed. Deals, accumulated points, and rewards that have already been redeemed but not yet used will all be cancelled and cannot be transferred to others.

Participation in the MyMcDonald's Rewards program is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions, which are under the law and jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

The purchase, sale, offering for sale, giving, or any other action related to the McDonald's Application, deals, or MyMcDonald's points through third parties (such as eBay, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.) is considered incorrect participation in the program.

McDonald's will not be responsible for any damage arising from the use of McDonald's Application or the inability to access the McDonald's Application, including delays, errors, system failures, and computer viruses.

You agree and consent to McDonald's collecting and using the data you provide on the registration ("sign up") page, including technical data about your device, operating system, and McDonald's Application software, which may be collected periodically to facilitate McDonald's service.

You agree and consent to McDonald's, its subsidiaries, and agents collecting, storing, and analyzing your usage behavior, purchase history, data provided on the registration page, and personally identifiable information for the purpose of processing predictive analysis, which will enable McDonald's to offer more targeted promotions.

McDonald's may use the data you provided during registration to communicate with you about the McDonald's Application usage, special offers and various promotions sent to your registered email. You can opt out of receiving marketing and promotional emails at any time.

When you download the McDonald's Application and have registered and logged into the user account, you will be given the option to consent (opt-in) to receiving notifications from McDonald's through your device. Such notifications include sales promotions, special offers, and system alerts. You can stop receiving notifications at any time after downloading the McDonald's app by adjusting your device's notification settings to turn them off. Disabling notifications won't change your email preferences at all.

This McDonald's Application is under the control and operation of McThai Co., Ltd., and McDonald's does not represent or warrant that content, data, or deals within this McDonald's Application will be usable in other countries. If you use the McDonald's Application from a country or area other than Thailand, you are responsible for complying with the relevant local laws and regulations.

Trademarks, service marks, and various symbols used within the McDonald's Application are the property of or licensed for use by McThai Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. All content within the McDonald's Application, including but not limited to sound, text, images, graphics, icons, and trademarks, is protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws. The content is intended for personal use only. You do not have the right to copy, reproduce, upload, download, transmit, modify, edit, decompile, reverse engineer, decode, resell, or distribute any content or any part of McDonald's Application in any way and for any purpose without obtaining written permission from McDonald's.

McDonald's reserves the right to change, correct, or update information, services, and various resources available on the McDonald's Application, including correcting or updating these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Said changes may be made by notifying through McDonald's Application appropriately or publishing the updated terms and conditions on McDonald's website. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed about any updates. Your continued access or use of the McDonald's Application after there has been a change to terms and conditions shall be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are under the law of Thailand and shall be interpreted according to the law of Thailand, regardless of the country or jurisdiction where you reside or are using.

If there is evidence of the McDonald's Application being used for illegal purposes, McDonald's may share that information with law enforcement agencies.

If there are differences or conflicts between the English and Thai versions, the Thai shall prevail.

McDonald's reserves the right to modify information services, including updating these terms and conditions by changing the displayed text at any time. These terms and conditions will remain in effect even if you cancel your registration or stop using the McDonald's Application system on your device.
